Disappointing Experience

Past experience with Webuycars was good, dealing with competent staff.Recent experience with them is total opposite. I sold a car to webuycars.They collected the car and paid full amount before leaving. This was on 11 11 2022. I received a traffic fine, which was issued on 13 11 2022, with the car still registered in my name.After numerous emails and phone calls this is not resolved.I have been asked to submit the same supporting documents many times and then, every time, that's where communication stops.Other calls and emails are simply ignored.I received the FINAL DEMAND, resulting in me having to pay the fine to avoid further issues with the authorities.Dissapointed, especially after good experience with competent staff in the past.I will not recommend webuycars to anyone any more.
