Disappointed with webuycars

Unhappy Customer never made deals with webuycars I had an agreement with Rep Brendon Schultz Jaco Joubert CCd on my email with the contract I have signed selling my vehicle to Webuycars as soon as they saw my proof of purchase from my previous dealer they cancel the offer. And wanted to offer me a lowest offer I have a contract signed as a proof. I'm very disappointed and also their stuff members needs to get a proper training how can one sign and cancel the agreement after that's a betrayal "*****.
