Disappointed with We Buy Cars

Not very Happy with My supposed to be "Platinum" status vehicle. it's almost a year now ,but suddenly my car is giving problems. took it to Ford ,because its under warranty. since December my car is in and out Ford for the crank sensor. Innovation group approved the crank sensor to be replaced - after replacement , the engine light still comes on and its making exactly the same as it use to do before the replacement. went back to Ford - they pulled the History on the vehicle and found that my car was with Ford in Feb 2024 for the same issue, and i bought the car in March 2024. but its not all - this issue comes along since 2021 where the car was at Ford Hatfield. so according to Ford is not the crank sensor but the relay of cable coming from the sensor - which is not even Ford standard work done - someone fiddle with those cables and my car will go back to Ford next week again. so my question ... how does We Buy Cars sell a vehicle in Platinum status if that is not the case ??
