Disappointed us a big understatement. Absolutely terrible service
Never have I every experienced customer service this bad!
From purchasing my vehicle at the Richmond branch to trying to end the deal has been the worst experience ever its been 3 months now and the issue is still not resolved and feedback from them is scares
I dont wish this experience on my worst enemy. Its been 3 months of utter disappointment I bought my car 3 months ago but only drove the car 3 or 4 times since owning it has just been problems
After begging for feedback and after being on their customer service line for 5 minutes just for someone to hang up the phone in my ear multiple times.

Im paying webuycars a R75.00 service fee every month with my car payment. I dont understand what I am paying for because im not getting service
If this is how you people work I would like to apply for a job because getting paid for doing absolutely nothing sounds amazing
