Disappointed service

bought a car on auction and they were so quick to assist and do all finance approvals, but after signing everything my bank paid them and they went AWOL, they are not even communicating with me of my cars whereabouts as the car needs to be taken from Cape town to Midstream. I am in the dark, i dont know what is going on or when the car will be delivered........................this is frustrating, I wish someone can call and tell me where is my car:(
