Disappointed customer

So I made an offer for a car. Was called within minutes and told that the car would be reserved whilst everything is being processed. Even received communication from the bank that the process has been started. Yet a few days later, I received an sms from the business stating the vehicle has been sold yet it was reserved for me when I made my offer
