Disappointed by the lack of communication

At first, I had a great experience with We Buy Cars. Purchasing my vehicle was quick, easy, and stress-free. Unfortunately, things started going downhill after the purchase. When I took the vehicle for its roadworthy test, it failed due to several issues that were not disclosed on the Dekra/condition report provided by We Buy Cars. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, as I trusted that the report accurately reflected the condition of the vehicle. I contacted We Buy Cars regarding the matter, and while they were initially helpful, communication has since become frustratingly slow. I was given a reference number and later informed that my claim had been approved, with the outcome to be shared shortly. However, after waiting a few days without any update, I followed up myself and was then told that they still needed to send me a form to sign. I am still waiting to receive this form. At this point, I am becoming increasingly annoyed by the delays and lack of communication. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved as soon as possible, with proper updates and transparency throughout the process.
