Disappointed at the after sale Customer service

I bought an Audi A5 at webuycars in October 2023 a from We buy cars the Dome brand and till date after numerous of calls and promises I still did not received my license and registration documents. The most worrying factor here is that I paid for this services and because of this I am unable to Licence my other cars. Am so so disappointed after being a loyal customer for years.

I even spoke to the sales person on WhatsApp messenger and he stated that they will courier it to me. This was a month after I bought my car.
