Disappointed and Unsatisfied

Please be careful when doing business here. this is our second bad experience with we buy cars. cant believe we did not trust our gut!

we have purchased a car from we buy cars Silver Lakes last week. not only is the F&I never answering any calls, but the sales person has no clue what is going on around him. No one explained a 2 year service warranty OR a Innovation Warranty. when I finally got ahold of the F&I via email she said she will remove the 2 year service warranty but it was the sales persons job to explained this including the Innovation Warranty. the F&I also informed us that they do not sell secondhand cars without this innovative warranty. (please note the car we bought is a 2015 model and the warranty was an extra R10 000.00 on the cars amount.

After some research I've learned that this is not a must and I genuinely feel forced to have taken this warranty. as I have on email they say its a must.

To top this all off, yesterday we took the car for a wash and removed all the we buy cars stickers, just to see that they have hidden a R5 coin size crack/chip under a we buy cars sticker. called the sales person and he just said he thought he told us. WELL MR SALESMAN. IF YOU TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE INSISTED A REPLACEMENT BEFORE A PURCHASE.
