Disappointed

I am absolutely disappointed with the so called Dekra Reports and pictures by We Buy Cars.

I recently visited We Buy Cars the Dome branch where I had been “successful” during an online bidding. The car on the picture looked absolutely because and honestly in hindsight, it was too good to be true. The Drekra Report had mentioned good things about the car and the exterior as ‘expected’.

To my surprise, getting to the branch and viewing the car in person was a total shock. Firstly it didn’t look like the pictures at all and had different paint colours, of which was not mentioned in the report. Worse of all…the car didn’t not even switch on. Which brings the question, how did they manage to test it and pass it in the first place. Understandably, buying a used car has its pros and cons, but this has been a terrible experience.

We then went around the place looking for a vehicle to purchase and honestly all the B rated vehicles looked nothing like what you see online.

Finally found a car…without fault of course…boot not working and again not mentioned in the Dekra Report.

Honestly this experience was not smooth and not nice. Not being able to afford a “new” car or A rated car does not mean that We Buy Cars should mislead clients and falsely advertise.

On a positive note, I’d like to thank the salesman for his honesty cause I probably would have left with a car that would eventually be at a s****yard.
