Disappointed

I have bought a car Audi q5 last 2weeks ago. Sales person was Craig at Phumelela Park before we purchased or test drive he informed us that the car has a misfire on cylinder 2 and when my husband got in the car we saw that its overdue a service. He test drove inside of phumelela park and we were satisfied because the car was in a very good condition outside and with the misfire and service that won't be a problem. We purchased and left with the car when we got home I told my husband that it look like smoke coming from the enjin. We already had made an appointment to service and check out misfire so I asked the German Auto works in Brackenfell to check out my the entire car. When the inspected the car they picked up that the front and back brake pads and disc, the control arms left, right rear arms and front, no brake fluid, and replaced water pump, thermostats and pipes. This altogether cost me over R27000 to fix all these problems. I informed Craig he told me that Chris the manager would call me that day he then didn't call and I asked him whats happening he then said that Chris is busy and will call back when I asked again he said he will only be back the monday and then called me back I waited until 3 the afternoon and whatsapp Craig to tell him if Craig won't phone me I will go hello peter to get answer and if not satisfied go to motor industry ombudsman. Chris called me in minutes just to tell me that they sell the cars on the lowest price and they are not mechanics and the customers are welcome to bring they mechanics. He then told me I am welcome to go to ombudsman to complaint but there is nothing they can assist me with. I cannot believe the adverti*****t of webuycars on the internet on the billboards on the tv is so overwhelming and you feel safe to trust this car dealership. I wss excited to go shop and buy a car there and the cars looked good but when this happened. I send all the whole quote to them. I mean really how could they not assist me in atleast compensate atleast half of my bill. The car twice struggle to start and this I also need to fix at German Auto when they have a opening for me. All that the sales person on his voice note said that Its not right that I want to go to the ombudsman because I have signed the no warranty slip. Of course I will sign because I trusted this dealership I never thought that they would sell a car in this state to me and are looking the other way
