Disappointed

I have been a customer of we buy cars for a very long time. I have been buying cars every week on auction as I am listed as a dealer. In April 2018 (not sure of the exact date), I had purchased a 2008 bmw m3 e93 convertible. After the finance was approved and me signing the documents, the sales person had brought to my attention that the diff was faulty. So they made me take an extra 15-18k extra in the finance for me to sort this out. I however agreed. After a few days I felt the clutch slipping and it was said to me that we buy cars cannot pay for this. I went to Bmw and got a report on the car and they quoted me 60k for a flywheel and a clutch as this car needs the flywheel to be replaced also with the clutch. We buy cars paid for this report/ test from Bmw with my own money from the extra that was taken on the finance . I then decided to order a flywheel from the USA with my own money because obviously we buy cars did not want to pay. They still have the balance of the finance money which they do not want to even pay for the clutch kit. Marnus from finance agreed to pay for it but I am waiting since last week for this to happen. I have now decided to take this matter up legally . I was still geneorous to pay for these repairs out of my own pocket but now I will hand this matter over to my lawyers until I am refunded for the parts that I have purchased. We buy cars treated me very well guys like Louis the sales person , dan harber etc, but I cannot continue to pay from my own pocket as this is not an auction vehicle and it is on finance
