Difficulty getting copies of change in ownership papers from WeBuyCars

I sold my late husband's car to We Buy Cars earlier this month. I was impressed with the service I received initially. The sales person who bought the vehicle personable and pleasant to deal with. Before selling the vehicle, I queried with him when I would receive a copy of the NCO, and he assured me that Head Office would send me a copy for my records, as well as the Estates - he said it was likely to take 4-5 working days. Although I received both an sms and an e-mail stating that the ownership had changed to We Buy Cars Pty Ltd, I require more than that.

I've since sent two e-mails of request to We Buy Cars, but apart from the sms & e-mail, to date no-one has responded to my requests.

I'm certainly not prepared to buy the papers for R1 000 as mentioned in a post below!!

WE BUY CARS - QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Not only do they charge you a R 1000 for papers that by law they should be giving you anyway, that they don't clearly indicate you will be paying on their website, it comes out afterward that you will be waiting for those papers because they are selling cars that they haven't even transferred to their name yet. Then because they just want the sale they will promise they will deliver the papers only to come with another story later on. THEY ARE LAIRS, CHEATS AND **********. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM WE BUY CARS.
