I am writing to escalate my dispute regarding the warranty refund. The documentation provided shows multiple violations of South African consumer law: 1. Forced Warranty The warranty was forced upon me as a condition of sale, which violates: - Section 13(1) of the CPA prohibiting mandatory supplementary agreements - Section 23(3)(d) of the CPA regarding disclosure of total price including all charges - Section 40(2) regarding unconscionable conduct in transactions 2. Excessive and Undisclosed Fees Your documents reveal: - Multiple layers of undisclosed fees totaling R5,638.12 (R4,106.92 + R1,531.20) - An excessive Innovation Group Administration Fee of R2,481.59 - Undisclosed dealer commissions of R2,180.75 3. Premium Discrepancy You charged me R17,446 total while the actual premiums total R17,446 (R10,486 + R6,960). The structure of these fees appears designed to circumvent consumer protection laws. Legal Demands: 1. Immediate refund of the full R17,446 2. Interest calculated from the date of purchase 3.
