Despite 2 emails to the branch manager of Springfield Durban branch and daily communication with the Salesman Shane I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my refund, that they messed up when they over charged me. James has not even bothered to acknowledge my emails, let alone reply. I have also lodged a complaint with Shane and James and the online communication portal about the false Dekra report regarding the tyres on the car, I have also yet to have any form of acknowledgement or response from We buy cars. I am disgusted in the lack of service or accountability from this company.
