Deposit ******

I recently purchased a Kymco UTV from WBC. The thing is a wreck, but that is the chance you take and not the source of my agitation. I made a deposit of R5000 for bidding. For some reason WBC took R10 000 (2 x R5000). I then paid in FULL for the UTV (since this is what was required). I then had a R10k credit to my account. I requested a refund and received R5000 back, however I am unable to get the remaining R5000 back. It will not allow it online and several emails to their "customer service" has gone unanswered. I am at a loss as to what to do now...
