Deposit NOT REFUNDED!
Was asked to put R5000 deposit to reserve a car. Was assured money would be refunded within 72hrs should I not proceed to purchase. Its now almost a month later and despite numerous calls and empty promises, money has still not been refunded.

21 Jun 2024, 11:49So much for your investigation. Still no contact or response from anyone!! The branch manager, Dylan Bakker promises daily that the refund has been processed but is still unable to send me a PoP and needless to say the money has not reflected in my account. Highway *******!!!
