Deposit Forfeited¹

Would you believe this. After I posted my waiting for promised call, just after that, I received a mail, Not even a call, to say that I Forfeited my R5000. Who in South Africa would give R5000 away? As I said, they said they called me to ask me about my deposit. Their Clause say that, Should you pay a deposit, you need to pay the remainder of the purchase price within 48 hours. If not, we will cancel the sales agreement and hold an amount of R3000 of your deposit paid. If webuycars, for any reason, cannot conclude the purchase, your full deposit will be paid within 72 hours. So they could Not conclude. But they kept my money. And they did Not even phone me. Convenient, isn't it? They rather phoned my son to say that I will Forfeit my deposit. So my son phoned me to tell me. I went there, just to see they had phoned the wrong number. I said in my first review that I am Frank Seale, my ID number I gave and that my number is ***. They phoned ***. So? They bind me with their clause. But the clause state that they should repay my deposit within 72 hours.
