Deposit
I paid we buy cars a deposit of R10’000 to reserve a car for me. I have had my vehicle for over a week now and every day I keep getting promises that they going to process the refund. Would not recommend paying them a deposit.

Firstly I had to fight for my deposit to be refunded that I put down to hold my vehicle until the finance went through. Finally, I recieved it back today. But They did give me the run around.
Second. There are serious issues with the vehicle I took delivery of, the back left shock is damaged and leaking, and the steering rack is damaged and needs to be replaced. My vehicle is shaking heavily while I’m driving. Nobody seems to care. I tried to call the sales person that did the deal with me and he is always busy. I was told to take it to go and get a quote at one of their trusted mechanics, which I have and I’ve sent it through and nothing is being done about it. I have opened a case and was told that this is a serious issues as the DEKRA report should have these issues noted.
Not happy at all!!!
