Delayed refund

I bought a car at WBC Germiston on the 23rd of Feb 2025. While driving the car home, it suddenly lost power and I had to pull up on the side of the road. Car was cranking when trying to start the ignition. I had to tow it home since it was a Sunday afternoon and WBC couldn’t assist. They fetched it on Monday and took it to the mechanic. I was told that the top gasket was ruined and advised to choose another car of the same value from the floor to which I declined. I opted to be refunded since I couldn’t trust the qualities of their cars. I requested the refund on the 27th of Feb. Till today I haven’t received my money back. I’m being told excuses that don’t make logical sense, stating that my refund was processed but they’re waiting for the proof of payment . I’m appalled by the poor customer service I received. I have communicated with the sales agent and their Facebook team continuously, but I’ve not been assisted. WBC Germiston is not trustworthy
