DELAYED NATIS DOCUMENTS

I am highly dissatisfied with We buy cars service and would never recommend it to anyone.

I requested my Natis documents for more than 3 weeks. I made numerous calls, most of the time the calls are not answered when someone finally answers I'm given lame excuses.

I made more than 50 calls without any assistance I further made 2 personal visits to Dome and Joburg South branch still no help. I overheard the assistant saying "it was rejected by traffic department" I got furious as the car was still in We buy cars name. Question was why would it be rejected.

I wrote numerous emails to customer care but I was simply ignored.

What I'm fighting for now is if the car I bought from them cannot be transferred on my name, let them give me my money back.
