Delay in refund payout

We have been at logger heads with the company and now I am running out of patience. Webuycars.co.za is supposed to process a refund and they are taking their time.

In the last communication with them on Friday 19th April 2024, they indicated that the refund had been signed off and it was to take 24 to 72 working days, in my opinion, this was an error and its supposed to be 24 to 72 hours.

We asked for a rectification and never got a response from them. We do not have alternative transport and we have indicated this to them on many occasions.

We not sure if we should engage MIOSA and our attorneys in order for us to get our refund since they are taking us for a ride and they are working on their own terms.
