Dekra voucher

I've posted a review last week in connection with a R5000 reg auction fee. I was supposed to receive a refund but untill today it did not happen. When I bought the car I was told that a will receive a roadworthy voucher to do the test at DEKRA. I was not even surprised this morning when the staff at DEKRA showed me that the voucher was already used in August last year. I now have to pay the R750 from my pocket. I won't even try to get a refund from we buy cars. This will never happen. I am really sorry for ever going to them to buy a car. Luckily I can avoid it in future
