Dekra Report Incorrect & Returns Policy

Please people be carefull when buying cars from webuycars. Bought a category A car with clean dekra report on 24.11.22. Aircon was listed as very good. Did not pay balance and went to testdrive before paying balance. Car was very sluggish and aircon not working at all,not even kicking in. Neelan from germiston branch was assisting me and he said we should go back and he will cancel the transaction. He assured me all was fine and i could leave and aknowledged there was a major problem. My wife was witness. Uber cost was 1000.00. Received watsapp from Neelan today that management refused to cancel the deal. I have sent detailed email to customercare and await their response. Returns policy on their website says otherwise. Bought this vehicle because of the dekra report and returns policy.
