Dekra not done fully

Me and my wife saw a polo we then scaned it only had 2 issues according to the dekra report. We then bought the car. 2 days later the car is leaking coolant from the water pump, the car has an oil leak, lose parts, bolts missing under the engine next to the sump. 2x tyres had bubbles on the inside. So in short I feel like the dekra report was not done fully. Now I must spend almost 7.5k to fix these things. The dekra report is the reason I buy my cars from we buy cars.
