Defect car by we buy cars

Bought a car with a defect from we buy cars only drive it for a week and it start to gave me problem , they promised me that they will pay me money to repair it , now they say I must go to lodge my concern at the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa and I'm left frustrated with a defect car which it has been on breakdown since 22 April 2022 and still got six months warranty.
