De*****ed by webuycars

I bought a car last year in March at webuycars brackengate and was assisted by Mfundi Ngalo .Before I took the car i opted for a tracker with Netstar and I took the car after the tracker was installed. A month after that I received a call from Netstar asking me Mr Mfundi Ngalo are you and your vehicle safe which left me puzzled and I had to phone them to sort it out as I wasn't related to him. I thought the worst was over .Then on the 1st of April R895 was deducted from my bank account to pay for Netstar profile which wasn't mine and guess who's account it was ,it was Mfundi Ngalo's Netstar account and at first Netstar said they didn't take the money then later on they traced it to Mfundi's account. The only thing I know is that Mfundi Ngalo committed ***** with my bank account and Even Netstar doesn't want to refund me .All i need is my money reversed back to my account. Right now I no longer feel safe to buy any vehicle from webuycars as their salesman keeps our banking info for their selfish reasons. To what I see Mfundi Ngalo's has a Netstar inside man whom he works with and it isn't his first time.What about those who are not saying anything?My question to webuycars is Does your company allows ***** ?Why do salesman keep client banking info outside company portfolio?
