De*****ed by WEBUYCARS

on the 28th of august i paid R2500 as a security deposit, the term for the deposit then expired. I then requested a refund because i could continue with the purchase of the vehicle i reserved. The guys have been sending me from pillar to post, i have endured a very frustrating treatment with webuycars people as i have been waiting for 2 weeks for my refund now. I now feel helpless, i feel de*****ed by this company. For a big dealership like webuycars i find this to very unprofessional and unacceptable. when you pay money to them the payment goes immediately but when you want a refund they take forever. This is really terrible.
