I am disgusted with service rendered to me by a junior sales executive Jacques L ourens from We buy cars and also there management. On Friday the 22 May 2020 we test drive a vehicle, I completed Application form and submitted documents. I e mailed him asking if my documents were received, with no reply. He confirmed that he sent it to the banks on Saturday. Monday morning he called me to say that he sold the car to a person on Thursday and he was successful. I enquired at Absa bank to ask whether Mr Lourens submitted any documents. The lady at Absa confirmed that no documents was forwarded. I called him , he told me that my documents were incomplete. He never called or e mailed me. Please be careful in purchasing cars at (we buy cars) as there client s****s are non existent.i would also like to add that Jacque was *********. Would never have dealings with them again or recommend anybody to purchase motor vehicles from them.
