Dear We Buy Cars Team, I'm sending this review out of outrage and concern about the unauthorized installation of a Netstar tracker in my wifes vehicle by Chelsea. Not only did she fail to obtain her consent, but also did not receive any documents to review beforehand. This is a clear violation of her privacy and a potential *****. Furthermore, the Outsurance representative referred by Chelsea attempted to box her into taking out insurance with them, claiming somesort of contract with your dealership. Wesley later clarified that she had the freedom to choose her own insurance provider, which contradicts the earlier claim. Thank you to Wesley for all the help,and service. Sincerely, Tony
