Very bad service provider ******* of peoples hard earned money. We purchased a vehicle at we buy cars Polokwane 2 years ago we were unable to retrive the papers for the car within those two years according to their staff we went back and forth up and down to the dome branch in jhb and were sent away multiple times the vehicle we bought was for a business contract which we eventually lost as we did not have the papers and the liscense disc when we bought it was already behind i sent multiple emails to these people with the same old story to no response or giving an instruction we even did what they told us to do still nothing a week ago after fighting for two years for papers we had paid for when purchasing the vehicle suddenly the papers appeared and guess what not even physically via WhatsApp we then went to traffic department and we unfortunately could not retrieve the papers as they had no paper to print them we then went to them and said we had decided we want to sell the vehicle as it's of no use anymore and we struggling with the papers, they the agreed to buy the vehicle back the condition of the vehicle is exactly how we purchased it not driven no papers etc we bought the car for 68k they bought it back at 30k deducting a whole 3k from the 30k for the disc being behind and for us not having the physical papers when all of that was not our fault. I am extremely upset and disgusted none of this is our fault they made us feel as if they were doing us a favour when in actual fact they were robbing us in broad daylight how does it become our fault that they could not issue our. Cars papers how are we supposed to do anything including updating a liscense disc without papers what a disgrace we had no expectation of getting back the full purchase amount but to rob us with even the little they offered is a disgrace the agent who assisted told us bold faced that they wouldn't beable to sell the vehicle even up to 40k today on their website the vehiclr is beimg advertised for 40k. We have purchased so many cars from them about 10 - 12 vehicles and to receive this treatment is a disgrace i can only imagine what hapoens to people who come out ti them in desperation please be careful when j doing business even with big brands like these they will use every way to make you pay fir their mistakes the staff is unfriendly they don't even greet you in a decent manner when you explain your part they look at you as if you rambling and need to get done its absolutely appalling
