Day light ******* deals of we buy cars

I am Estelle A i am so disappointed with webuycars taking advantage of people who is already down and still stepping on you as if the are helping. I had a telephonic evaluation before one of the agents came out to do a physical evaluation on my car. The guy came took the car for a test drive on his own and came back with a hand evaluation electronic thing and said mam your car is only R68000 worth and i told him but your system kicked out an amount of R75000 on the info i provided which were the same info i gave him. He was looking for the smallest parking bay scratches because the car were accident free km just over 113000 polo vivo 2012 model everything was standard with spare key and spare tire kit and a new spare tyre as well as tyres that were not even a year old. I looked at this man pretending to care and i thought i dont have a choice i need to put food on the table for my kids. He also asked me if im happy and i told him but your automated questionnaire kicked out R75000. Then he started searching for the smallest scratches just to bring the price down. Ofcoz i took it i didnt have a choice. I am sure i would have gotten more then R75000 if i sold my car on market place coz it had smash and grab and both keys and the licence expires next year. He rather told me the car need a service but the service was not due yet. Shame on u we buy cars talk about kicking a dog when he is already down.u dont even deserve one star.
