Damaged vehicles with FALSE dekra reports

Bought a vehicle from them where the dekra report showed there is nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle. Purchased the vehicle and found that all bushings on the rear of the suspension has collapsed and all four shocks are damaged. Replaced the rear bushings and shocks after the manager from we buy cars gave me the go ahead and told me we buy cars would reimburse me. It's been a week and I'm still waiting!!!! Noticed play on the steering wheel and after investigating I noticed the steering rack is damaged. Reported it and told the manager that this time round we buy cars can first pay me THEN I will repair it. The manager told me that the qoute needs to go to head office this time around as the ammount is a bit high.
