Bought a car from them last year April car only worked for a week and started giving problems then took it back to webuycars they assure me that they will book it in and repair it so they booked the car in and waited for few days until I phoned in to ask the process of the car then they told me unfortunately they can't fix it because they told me to buy a part which I did but the car still gave problems but they told me since its a cash purchase they not liable and should fix it myself as we speaking im stuck with a broken car that requires more attention then they Derrick report mentioned

I heard from someone who had issues with WBC previously that somewhere in the mounds of terms and conditions that everyone signs and no one reads, that all cars are sold as if on auction. Therefore they have no responsibility towards you for anything.

So is this how they do business I honestly feel like I got ****** and was also told I dont get a refund because it was a cash sale
