Dad service no car no money nothing

Bought a Hyundai from Epping on Auction Did all paperwork, paid everything and called in advance for pickup before traffic, then the lady at Epping "Irene" admin manager say we have to change our email otherwise we will not be able to take the car. But this is the only email we have and even showed them we reserved all on that email she said still we must change with attitude .now we are being forced to send personal information to a unknown email because she said it's her job for infraction act We are now in traffic no car no money nothing Trying to phone head office, no help . Tried to speak to a manager no help still without a car because of a email that she say does not belong to me . All my petrol wasted all my efforts for nothing
