Customers don't be fooled by We buy cars I have had a terrible experience with we buy cars. I had been to them 4 times and the representative was not available only on my 4th time.i went he was there what kind of service is this. It is called poor service and lack of business ethics. The representative Ruan Boshoff that helped me with my Mercedes Benz did an evulation on my vehicle with assumptions on the summary report. He had told us to be seated in the waiting area as he did his evulation on the car. He did not ask us any questions about the car and so on. He wrote on the summary evulation what he thought was correct on the vehicle as he had stated that the vehicle had been resprayed as the vehicle.is in its original colour and he also stated the vehicle as a type " Classic auto" whereas the vehicle is a" blue efficiency " he has stated all wrong information about the vehicle on the summary. He also stated that the paint work is poor whereas the paint is in good condition. When he did take the vehicle for a test drive he drove the vehicle in such a speed that the bottom cover of the vehicle had gotten loose and fell on the road. Who is now responsible for fixing the cover it's me when it was not my fault. I suggest you need to send your representative Ruan Boshoff for retraining on how to evulate a vehicle or replace him with someone who is more qualified and has more experience in this kind of field as he has made alot of assumptions about the vehicle instead of asking about it. People don't be fooled with "We Buy Cars" as their summary evulation on a vehicle is false information they need someone to can ask questions about the vehicle don't just make a person wait in the waiting area and take things into their own hands and make assumptions and with the assumptions and false information they value the vehicle at a low rate and people are getting fooled by them . I was also told that the vehicle couldn't be valued than I get a WhatsApp message with a low value amount because why of all the assumptions and false information that Ryan Boshoff had stated about the vehicle. I would never use we buy cars again and I would never recommend them to anyone in future. I also asked if they do a swop on vehicles as I was told I need to drive down to the place and do the swop but on who's cost my cost when that should not even be my responsibility when I'm dealing with them. They should be the ones to get everything organized and not put certain things on the customer. I am really disappointed with the service I received never again will. I use them people please don't be fooled.
