Customer service was very excellent, I received assistance from a friendly assistant, they are honest because the car is in the exact condition that was mentioned in the condition report, their condition report are very helpful , and the collection process was very quick. The only problem is that i had to sign many papers and their system kept saying my signature doesn’t match but thats for security reasons also, maybe they should consider using Fingerprints if possible
