Customer service is lacking in customer satisfaction

Bought a car from we buy cars on 30 november 2023. The sales person was absolutely awesome. Bought the car for my father. As he drove the car home just before he got home the car didnt want to go into gear and didnt want to move anymore. I logged a concern. On dekra report it showed no proplems with the gears or clutch. Was told to sent the invoice of the repairs which I did. Till today did not receive feedback from them. I phoned the customer car today (5/01/2024). Was told by lady handling my case that she will give feedback before 12. No feedback received and I emailed her again to ask for n senior person details... She send an email back that she said she will give correspondance before en of the day not before 12.....as a custumer agent there is absolutely no customer service. To just give basic feedback is that to much to ask
