Customer Service is extremely *********** and misinforms people

Even team leaders are ***********. I was told last week Thursday I would get a call back the following day and it's Monday already. If you need any assistance from WeBuyCars customer care, just forget about it. They are probably one of the worst after sales assistance call centers I've ever dealt with. It's been 3 weeks now and still no proper communication or solution provided.
