Customer Complaints on Car Mechanical Problems
I bought a car from wbc and I immediately brought the mechanical problems to their attention. I have been logging complaints with them from day two. To date they have not responded nor fixed the mechanical problems, I have a trail of log numbers eg. 85172. Can they provide me with the motor industry ombudsman since they are ignoring the process they want followed when you have complaints.
