Customer Complain - We Buy Cars - Randburg
The business ethics of we buy cars is very questionable. Their car estimate tool indicate R100k - 125k for my Chev Spark Black n White Edition on 99 000km mileage, when i took the car in at Randburg Branch after inspection i was told the value will be R65k and i said from R100k i expected which is a minimum i can take R80k and the Sales Rep (Johannes) said he will talk to his Manager to check if they cant give me more but the next day i was told i can be given only R50k which i found to be very much unfair and bad business practice because even before i took the car in i was informed by Daryl that i can get between 60K-70k and later confirmed as such. response and Revised offer expected.

Do you have the right Car-Buying company? We don't have a branch or a Pod at Randburg.
We have a branch in Aeroton and in Midstream, and Buying Pods across the country, branches nationally, but not in Randburg. We do not have a Car-Estimate Tool.
That said, it is any buyer's prerogative to offer what they deem fair, as much as it is your right to refuse or to make a counter offer.
Many companies promise the world but fail when the chips are down.
