Customer Centricity

I purchased a vehicle that did not come with spare keys although it was advertised it had.The floor manager was very arrogant and told me I could return said vehicle if I did not like the fact there could have been an error in advert.Fortunately someone with customer centricity called me and resolved and ensured I was provided with keys.This was at the Dome.I won't provide the lady's name as this was escalated.
