CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINT

The customer care consultant Abigail is the worst telephone agent I have ever come across... So I called in to find out how I can trade in my car. She was not polite, nor did she even sound interested in what I had to say, I felt like I was disturbing her peace and that she could not wait to get rid of me!!!!! This is not the first time I do business as I bought a car through them but geeeeezzz I have never experienced such an uncomfortable telephone conversation with a company that I bring repeat business too. That lady must stay home and not work if she really hates her job, there are a lot of people who really would appreciate her position and honestly would deserve it much better than her!!!!
