****** are messing up WBC business

Its been almost a month , I went to We Buy Cars Dome branch in Randburg. I initiated to purchase a Volvo T3 which was Dekra certified. I submitted all required documents for finance and i was told that all is in order, same day I received finance pre-approval confirmation from WBC.

No updates or any communication after that from the sales person until two weeks when I inquired from the sales person (Gabriel). He told me the car was waiting for Validation from the bank and in one or two days this was going to be finalised and I can fetch the car. two days went and no communication from the sales person .

I then went back to Dome Branch to enquire. I was referred to finance. They phone the bank (Christine Reeks handled the deal). Firstly, when checked my deal calculation the price had jumped from R137k to R172k. When I asked why, i was told that there are other things that were loaded on the deal , so about R35k was added on the deal. This car is DERKRA certified and only thing that should be added in Warrantee. I was told that there was something wrong and Christine was going to look at it.

14,7% is the rate WBC was able to negotiate with the bank , i told Christine that this was very high and that she should negotiate a lesser rate. She said this was not possible because as this was the only bank that approved the deal.

Today still i dont have the car, its almost a month. Now I am told there is a provision being added to the deal , about R10k for in case there is Road Worthy issue, really? this car is DERKRA certified already, so why Road Worthy issues provision?

I am also told that there is compulsory R5000 that must be added for registration , etc. I have purchased about 6 cars with finance at WBC and I have never had to add such amount unless its the compulsory processing amount and recently this was R1700. I did my own registration.

They say they want to get a quote for service and since last week they have been getting a quote. Not sure why they must service a car because this has nothing to do with Road Worthy which would affect the registration of this vehicle.

They just sent me an installment of R4053 and stated that this includes Warantee, extended service, nestar,

Warrantee has always been included on the invoice but why are they including Extended Service and Nestar ? I did not opt for these . I have never had this included in my purchase in many vehicles i have purchased from WBC.

I suspect that the lady I trying her luck here for her commission.
