Could not get the Pre-Finance done

After struggling with the site the whole week to save our information on the form and trying yesterday to confirm the application the site just kept on saying "something went wrong", I contacted headquarters and they informed us to mail the document to *** we gathered everything like you would a official application like we where instructed and when we wanted to send everything this morning the car was not on the site anymore. I have notified the people of Silverlakes Earlier this week and they could not give me the way forward. I feel that we have been done in and now it seems like the car we wanted is gone
