contract mispresented

As I experience a great service as I purchased my car the trouble started with the way I was bought under the impression that the bank(Wesbank)in this case expect wesellcars to enforce a "motorplan" or guarantee unto the customer as it is bank policy that the client buy this guarantee from the seller-as I took the matter up-part of this policy was cancelled and the amount deposited into my HP account After I took the matter up with WESBANK they confirm that their is no such policy in place and that it is an in-house product of we sell cars I will take this matter to the highest authority as I was brought under and presented with false facts-I expect the seller (we sell cars to deposit into my HP account as soon as possible as I was brought under a false impression from the start concerning this guarantee /motor plan My next step will be to be advised by the ombudsmen

Hi Alec,

As per your previous complaint regarding the Top-Up, we have assisted you and canceled it. With regards to this, your second complaint about the same transaction, please see our response below:

Following your previous contact with us as quoted: “After I lodged a complaint about a certain contract and the way it was introduced to me- the problem was solved with the necessary understanding and I truly think it will limit future misunderstandings”, we would just like to convey that we note your concern, and apologise for your experience.

We only issue Finance on Car Sales provided that the client has agreed to take the Warrantee. You were informed about the Warrantee. Two parties informed you on two occasions, and we rest with this being the case, and thus the warranty will stay in place, as signed and agreed to.

Regards,

aC

As we agreed -it was misrepresented to me on the second occasion as well-as you are miss quoting me now I would rather decide in my own time if the Ombudsmen may hear my case I wouldn't expect any fair treatment at this stage and wont be forced into a submission as your personnel as you confirmed made certain mistakes in explaining the whole contract with me
