I wrote a review on Webuy cars Silverlakes, we bought the Vehicle in march 2023 our Salesman Jaco putt told us when we mentioned the faults , the vehicle has been standing long we brought the vehicle back the same what was funny we could not really test drive the vehicle just around the corner the diesel ran out , just outside the gate, they had to come and help us , we came back they said sorry you should have known we launched a complaint , they refused to assist we launched at the Ombudsman and outcome was found in our favour, Webuy cars refused, we went to The National credit Consumer its now when they came and took the car for the 2 time do their workshop for inspection, our Cusomer care agent Tshele don't answer her emails they took the vehicle last week Friday still today they are not responding that's what webuycars has been doing to us we only have the 1 vehicle that we bought from them
