Complaint We Buy Cars Dome

Good day,

I purchased a 2025 renault kwid from We Buy Cars Dome, last weekend. Of course you only get to take a test drive around the block and dont get to experienve a full picture of the car you are buying. After the purchase when we went home onto the freeway, i fell the car shaking as soon as it reaches 80km/h. So I told my partner its is probably the wheel balancing which is out. I took it to it to TWT Randburg to re balance all 4 wheels. Still it did not fix the problem, then this Saturday I took it to Tyremart Edenvale for re balancing, only.to be told all 4 steel rims are bent and tires out of round and they will not be able to fix the balancing unless I replace all 4 rims and tyres. Now this car got a gold sticker and the dekra report mentioned nothing about the rims being bent and tyres being out of round. Clearly this car was not checked properly. My suggestion We Buy Cars at their own cost replace all 4 rims and tyres, or give me my monies back, and I will go to Renault direct to buy a proper renault kwid without such issues as this is un acceptable.
