Complaint - We Buy Cars DOME

I purchased a car in October 2023 and also purchased and full extended warranty and service plan under their recommendation. The warranty and service purchased was the top plan offered. When I purchased the these plans I specifically asked does this cover everything (including wear and tear) on the vehicle and they said it does - both these plans cost in excess of R60k. They said I would not need to spend anything on the car for the next 2 years and 3 years (with regards to the warranty). My brake pads need to be replaced and I get told now that this is not covered by the policies that I have taken as this is wear and tear. I have spoken to We Buy Cars - Dome and they have taken no responsibility and literally have a "no care attitude". They have said I must refer to what I signed and never took out a wear and tear policy - why would I take out the top of the range on both policies and not a wear and tear policy (which was never offered)? I have the perception that We Buy Cars just wants to sell cars and get a kick back from selling extended policies. This is really unacceptable. This has really left an extremely bad impression on the way they have conducted business especially with a "no care" attitude saying that it is not their problem. After having the car for less than 4 months I have to pay an excessive amount for brake pads. I am so frustrated with their attitude.
