Complaint

I'm very disappointed with my horrible experience with WeBuyCars JHB south, I bought the car on the 30th last month with finance, everything has been paid for by my bank. Now I have been waiting for the license disc since my permit expired on the 21st, I have been calling their call center and my FNI (Miss Moreida) but no assistance. Last week they told me that the disc will be available today 28 may but still the lady FNI and my salesman JP told me that they will arrange a new permit for me, like after so many days how come my license disc is not yet available? Now I can't use the car. It is such an inconvenience for me, I had to cut my leave days short before the 21st (expiry date). But even now nothing has been done..
